Dharam Stainless prioritizes sustainability in several ways to minimize its environmental impact and promote eco-friendly practices.
Sustainability Practices at Our Manufacturing Plant
Embracing Culture honoring values in every aspect
At our manufacturing plant, we are committed to increasing the sustainability of our processes. Our dedication to eco-friendly practices ensures that our products are not only of the highest quality but also environmentally responsible. Here are the key aspects of our sustainable manufacturing process:
PVD Vs. Plating

Eco Friendly
We use Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD) instead of traditional plating. Unlike plating, which releases toxic carcinogens when it wears off, PVD is a much more sustainable process.

Longevity and Safety
PVD coating remains intact even after 8-10 years of intense usage, ensuring long-lasting durability.

Water Recycling
The PVD process allows for 100% reuse or recycling of water, making it a more water-efficient option compared to the extremely water-intensive plating process.
Water Conservation and Management

Automated Polishing
Our automated polishing lines use controlled amounts of water to prevent rusting of our cutlery and to minimize overall water consumption.

Salt Water Usage
We have adapted our manufacturing line to use salt water instead of fresh water. This change significantly reduces the wastage of drinking water.

Water Reuse
Throughout our plant, water is reused a minimum of 2-3 times, maximizing efficiency and reducing waste.
Chemical safety

No Hazardous Chemicals
We have completely eliminated the use of hazardous and toxic chemicals in our manufacturing process. This ensures a safer environment for our workers and reduces our environmental footprint.
